Out Of The Kitchen Today

by kitchenarian on April 9, 2011

Spring is in full swing around our house.  I did a lot of cooking earlier this week because I knew this was going to be a hectic weekend.  We have been out of town on a college visit with my oldest son, and now today we are at an all day lacrosse tournament.  Wish I still had some of that Chicken BBQ that I cooked earlier this week!  It’s not that I don’t like eating out, but after a couple of meals, I am ready for something from my own kitchen.

So, since I am not in the kitchen at the moment, I decided to leave you with a few recipes that I have found recently that I plan on trying soon.  They sound absolutely delicious.

I hope you enjoy them!

Asparagus, Ham & Goat Cheese Frittata – Sprinkles of Parsley

Blueberry Rolls – The Domestic Mama

Cranberry Almond Granola Bars – What She’s Having

Tortellini Soup – Wilde In The Kitchen

Salted Carmel Nutella Brownies – Vittles and Bits

We were out of town for Spring Break (Yosemite) and I missed the entire week in the blog world, so thanks for helping me to catch up. I’m eager to get back in my kitchen and back behind the keyboard!

Thanks for listing my frittata!! Busy weekends make it tough to blog- hope you had a great weekend! I hear you about missing homecooked meals when you’re on the road too long… that first meal back is always amazing!
